In a statement, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the Iraqi office, denounced the holding of a conference on normalization the relations with the Zionist regime in the Iraqi Kurdistan region.

In its statement, the office called on the pilgrims of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussain (a.s.) to rise up against normalization the relations with the Zionist regime.

This statement is as follows:

On behalf of all scholars, missionaries and preachers, and itself, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the Iraqi office, strongly condemns the holding a conference for normalization the relations with Zionist regime in Erbil, which was attended by tribal sheikhs and officers of the disbanded army and intelligence of Saddam’s Ba’athist regime.

This office calls on the brave people of Ashura, which are walking towards Karbala, to shout its opposition to all kinds of normalization with the Zionist regime and its agencies and institutions.

Finally, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the Iraqi office, calls on the Iraqi government to take all necessary legal measures regarding all participants in this conference, which violated the Iraqi constitution and laws.
