ABWA’s statement denouncing assassination of Yahya Sinwar by Zionists
In its statement, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasized, “After a heroic battle, which was the most beautiful example of Jihad in the way of God and standing up against aggression, occupation, and crime, Martyr Yahya Sinwar, along with his mujahid brothers, joined the caravan of martyrs.”
ABWA Official Website – In a statement, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed its condolences on the martyrdom of Yahya Sinwar, the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement in the battle with the Zionist regime in the south of the Gaza Strip.
In its statement, the Assembly emphasized, “After a heroic battle, which was the most beautiful example of Jihad in the way of God and standing up against aggression, occupation, and crime, Martyr Yahya Sinwar, along with his mujahid brothers, joined the caravan of martyrs; a caravan that started with the martyrs of the advent of Islam, and reaches the martyrs of the Islamic Resistance in all fields, at the head of which is the Lord of the Martyrs of the Resistance Front, the irreplaceable Arab leader, Mujahid Allameh Sayed Hassan Nasrallah.”

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ
صدق الله العلي العظیم
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Think not of those who are slain in Allah's way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord; (Holy Quran, 3: 169)
God Almighty has spoken the truth
The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed its condolences on the martyrdom of the field commander, the resistant brother, Yahya Sinwar. After a heroic battle, which was the most beautiful example of Jihad in the way of God and standing up against aggression, occupation, and crime, Martyr Yahya Sinwar, along with his mujahid brothers, joined the caravan of martyrs; a caravan that started with the martyrs of the advent of Islam, and reaches the martyrs of the Islamic Resistance in all fields, at the head of which is the Lord of the Martyrs of the Resistance Front, the irreplaceable Arab leader, Mujahid Allameh Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, and the Hamas’ martyrs during the history of the movement’s sacrifices, from Sheikh Ahmed Yasin, Rentisi, and Al-Arouri, to their last successor, great Mujahid Abul-Abd Ismail Hanieh, and other martyrs of the Resistance Front, including, Fathi Shiqaqi, Imad Mughnieh, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and other martyrs of the Islamic Resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan and other countries; and at the peak of these martyrs was martyr General Qassem Soleimani. May they all be blessed to meet the prophets in the highest places of heaven, and companionship with the pious in the gardens and streams of paradise, in the presence of Almighty God.
First, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and its Secretary-General, Supreme Council members, all employees, members, its missionaries, associates, and its activists in all mosques, schools, institutions, and centers in different parts of the world, congratulate this great blessing to the martyr commander Yahya Sinwar and his family – who is that the family of Jihad in the way of God, Quds, resistance, sacrifices, martyrdom, and sacrifice – and to the Islamic Resistance Movement of Palestine, Hamas, which is victorious by God’s grace; to the proud nation of Palestine, including the dignified and steadfast people of Gaza, who broke the backs of the invaders; to the resistance groups in their historic and decisive battle against the occupying, tyrannical and aggressive regime, supported by global arrogance led by the United States of America; to the Islamic Ummah; and to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei.
Free people and defenders of human rights and just ideals, and above all the Palestinian cause, around the world, are called on to stand by the Palestinian and Lebanese nations with all their strength, fully support them, and urge the international community to end the occupation, crime, and violence.
We ask the Almighty God to grant His vast mercy, forgiveness, and satisfaction, to this martyred commander, who stood by the refugees, the afflicted, and the oppressed and did not leave the field, along with his companions, who were with him, and his martyred soldiers, as well as tens of thousands of Gaza’s heroic martyrs; to gather him with divine prophets, saints, martyrs, and the righteous; to grant great patience, great reward, and stability on the path of jihad in the Resistance and Palestine to his relatives and friends including the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, and all mujahid movements in Palestine and the region; until the realization of a decisive victory against the enemy, who has targeted all Islam and its followers by the all disbelief and its followers.
This will not be the last crime of the enemy, and God willing, the battle continues, and the ummah and the Resistance are looking forward to divine vengeance, the promised comprehensive victory, and the liberation of the holy land of Palestine from the river to the sea, and saying prayers in the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first Qibla, and the third holy shrine; and the end of the Zio-American colonial and occupation project; and the foundation of human Islamic civilization, and the Honorable Reign of Imam Mahdi (a.s.), who will make Islam and its followers dear, and will humiliate disbelief and its followers, with God’s grace and mercy. This is a divine promise. “Look! Allah’s promise is indeed true; but most of them do not know.” (Quran, 10: 55)
